Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DEVI SUTRA, every product is handcrafted and made to order with care. As each piece is specially created for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Confirmation

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Production begins only after the advance payment is received.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order after production has started, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable.

However, the advance amount will be converted into store credit, which can be used to purchase any product from DEVI SUTRA within 6 months from the date of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns.
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
